In April 2012 I rode 640 miles from Brentwood, Essex to Arnside, Cumbria. I raised money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, who support research towards finding a cure for Type 1 diabetes. My 9 year old daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when she was 2 years old.
